In Your Home Pet Care, LLC has your pets’ safety, health and happiness in mind with the services we offer.
We begin offering our services on June 1, 2008.
Service Area
Our service area is western Douglas County in Nebraska. We will travel up to eight miles from our business in Elkhorn to your home with no additional charge.
If your home is more than eight miles from our business, you may incur mileage costs. Call us to find out more about your location in our service area.

Initial Consultation
Every client and pet has different needs. During this meeting, we will discuss what will work the best for you and your pet(s). Plan on 30 to 60 minutes for this consultation.
At this meeting, we will:
- complete the necessary paperwork,
- answer questions,
- tour your home,
- discuss detailed instructions on how to care for your pet,
- transfer keys.
30 Minute Visit
This is the most popular choice. Cats generally do best with at least 1 visit a day. Most dogs require 2 to 4 visits a day.
These visits include:
- supervised feedings,
- potty break,
- potty clean-up,
- exercise,
- play,
- cuddling,
- house-sitting service.
60 Minute Visit
This option is good for multiple pet families. More cuddle and play time included.
These visits include:
- supervised feedings,
- potty break,
- potty clean-up,
- exercise,
- play,
- cuddling,
- house-sitting service.
Midday Visits
This option is often used by clients working long hours or away from home for the day. May be used for a quick turn out/potty break or give midday medications.
Great for puppies and seniors!
Drop In
This visit is a short drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows, etc.
House-sitting Service
Our house-sitting service is included with our pet-sitting visits.
No pets? We offer house-sitting service for our clients without pets! Please contact us more information.
House-sitting tasks may include:
- Bringing in mail/newspapers
- Turning lights off/on
- Turning TV/Radio on/off
- Opening/closing blinds
- Watering plants
